The Government of Karnataka on July 02, 2026, issued Bengaluru Metropolitan Land Transport Authority Rules, 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The provisions regarding the Manner of nomination of non-official members of the Authority has been stated.
• The provisions regarding the Qualifications for nomination of non-official members of the Authority has been stated.
• Every Authority shall maintain an account of its transactions in two sections, namely, “ordinary” and “capital”, under the head “BMLTA Fund” in Form-II
• The required Contents of Audit Report has been stated.
